[myxomatosis]

Tonight I watched a tiny black kid that was probably in second grade at most run through the halls of the pediatric ER calling nurses "bitches" and yelling that he was going to "fuck someone up in this motherfucker!" until they finally sedated him. He remained sedated from about 4 till 11:30 when I left. He was supposed to go to psych despite the protests of his mother because "he been hospitalized so many times and it don't do nothin" and whatever else she screamed at the psychiatrist (who's first name was pushpin which made me laugh a lot) and then she proceeded to blame the way her son acted on everyone else. This all ended with her, her daughter, her other son and whatever dude she was with leaving this poor kid in the ER alone, medicated and passed the fuck out on a bed, seemingly eventually going to psych, alone. Shit sucked and depressed the hell out of me after the initial laughter of what he was screaming subsided.
