Does it specify why, i.e: file too large or whatever? You made sure to uncheck predefined avatar, and recheck custom avatar in the box below?

i just tried again w/ one of my old ones THAT SHOULD have worked, but it says u/l ofile failed...btw thanx, your offering me more asst. in this subject than the actual ppl who have the power to fix said bug !

Take a screen shot so we can see what the issue is.

im sure its a bug error, cuz i used to be able to do the avatar change nonprob. even w/ avatars over the min 60 kb it sayys allowed ill try to take a screen shot.

matthew here's a trick you so you don't have to get your camera out next time. Hit the print screen button. This captures whatever is on your screen and puts it on the clipboard. Open paint and go to edit>paste and the image of whatever was on your screen when you hit print screen will be pasted there. Then you can trim out the parts you don't want.

haha, i tried that, but couldnt find it, as i dont have a printer, so all that comes up are the uinstalled printers....is there any particular place to right click? thanx

thank goodness I'm not the only 1 encountering that bug, but on the serious acct. issue, i entered my real name, cuz i assumed it would ask me for a handle..can you xfer my acct. over to the usernamed Avulsed im not even allowe 2 post yet under that nanme i guess, and im sure your aware of the 2nd user w/ my name, cept he put a space in between the first and last names, thats all

you don't need to have a printer for a screen shot. but i would be terrible explaining what exactly to do in simpler terms then MOP did up there.
