Where does everyone get their inspiration from?

Everytime i sit down and try to draw all i can think to draw is peace signs and weed leaves
how does everyone else come up with some of the awsome shit they do?

I'm mostly into abstract when I'm drawing. I just start with lines then I get inspired and fill the page with strange designs.

you get it from other artists, music, and life in general. be more open.

salvia. if your brain could fucntion normally after a trip it might work, I remember after I did it my brain was like a hunk of cheese for 2 hours afterwords.. same with shrooms

when ever i get stuck and cant think of stuff to paint/draw i break out my graphic design books. Lots of good stuff in the following "graphics alive" and "fingerprint: the art of using handmade elements in graphic design"

Also get a lot of good ideas from newtype magazine which is an anime mag that is huge with big pics and all kinds of good stuff.

opiates also do quite well in getting my confidence up to try new things. I crank out a painting or sketch with every fentanyl patch i use.
