More Speed Art

More mindless art. I started getting really bored by the time I got to the bottom, if you couldn't tell.

Painting isn't something you should get bored doing. Regardless, we needed something to cover the wall space, and I'd rather have some unique art than a poster or the likes.

I really like amphetamine inspired art. It's often very noticeably such, good job meng.

that is awsome. the bottom looks a bit iffy though, if yer gonna put something on yer wall least do it proper.

i get bored when i work on a drawing for too long too.

the best way to do it is to take a break and come back rather than force yourself to finish it and fuck it up

eh, the "speed" aspect refers to the fact that I painted the entire thing (minus waiting for the yellow background to dry) in 30 minutes. Thanks though.

ted - thanks man. i'm gonna repaint the bottom when i get a break from school (likely this weekend). I'll repost once I get it done.

Making art is fun. No matter how it turns out, it'll still look good on the wall if you use the right colors.

how many people have mentioned, hopefully not bitchylike, that its distracting while watching the TV?

definite motion aspect.. emanating ripples, in what is otherwise a very dead, dirtywhite unused space on the wall.

i dig the colors much more than the beerpong table choices.

ruther nice, i thinks.

I just painted/hung it yesterday so we haven't had any guests over to comment on it yet.

From the small amount of TV I've watched since its been up, I haven't really noticed anything. The angling of the TV from the "good couch" makes it not a problem. Sitting on the shitty couch, there might be some visual interference. I normally embrace visual distractions though.
