photo contest - 11-01 - structures
post your favorite shot (that you took) of a structure. i was initially thinking structures built by man, but if you can stretch that category to animal entities (bird's nest, spiderwebs, etc.) that you consider structures, go for it! i'm open minded.

good theme mang - im trying to decide which one to post...i have a few that i was thinking over, but ima choose this one. i had a cool human/nature structure pic going, but maybe ill post it later
this is of the ministry of communications in paris. ironically, the steel structure fucks up cell phone reception, so people cant use them inside the building. ![]() olympus stylus epic 35 mm 1:2.8 100 iso f/stop: n/a exposure: n/a |

this is a busy bridge in edmonton. we love to drive all the time, everywhere, so we space things really far apart and build massive freeways that are hopelessly inadequate at handling traffic and suffer from massive potholes (clay soil + moisture + winter = potholes). the river is the north saskatchewan. its not the cleanest river in alberta (nor the dirtiest) but i don't think i'd be using it for recreation in april.
![]() canon powershot a610 5megapixels iso n/a f/4 1/800sec focal length 7mm i dont know if its right to post a supplementary photo with an entry, but i think this was an important thing to note. ![]()

SSD also has that white/black border around his pics, so the actual size isn't the same as what you get when you right click it.
oh wait, SSD can't right click, he's got a mac. hahahaha
