Take a map, that coulda save brother man's ass, he was not far from a tow line across the river moose hunters used for the same water conditions that killed him. This movie profoundly effected me and was like a glimpse to a life I nearly chose, minus being that arrogant...I was moved to tears when he wrote happiness isn't real unless it's shared, this line changed my ways of thinking about seclusion majorly and since then I've started trying to connect more with people instead of witnessing life from the shadows of rooms.
I understand where you are coming from for sure though.
Really good book I thought, cinematography was good in the movie too.

dude that's cool.. when we arrived, my cousin was like "it'd be funny if you looked at the other side and there were americans staring back at the canadians..." then we made it to the waterfall and saw americans staring at us, and it made me laugh.
i know, nice story.

word, there's a pretty good documentary about the whole thing called "call of the wild" in circulatio right now on PBS. I read the book first which made him seem a good deal cooler than he was.

Nice picture, vickyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. I love the rainbow!
Pharm Girl, here are my cattails:
I swear, dragonflies are some of the horniest insects in existence. I hardly ever see just one, it's always two of them linked up having freaky bug sex.
