Photoshop Artists

I have a pretty quick request for anyone here who's pretty good with Photoshop.

Can someone take the following pic and make a me a 320x480 jpg file. Black background, the logo in a grey/off white color - some sort of chrome effect would be cool. I imagine this is pretty easy if you know what you're doing....maybe not. Oh yea, and the logo should be centered vertically.

I tried screwing around with it in PS myself but I'm having some trouble keeping the edges of the symbol crisp.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just caught Dylan again with willie and cougar a few nights ago. He's been using this symbol as his logo for a while now and i thought it would make a sick iphone wallpaper.

No tattoo turm, cant fuck up my corporate image

You can get the vector version at Best Brands of the World - vector logos, brand, logo, logotype, photos

just search bob dylan logo, and its listed there. I tried to attached but it wasnt working with that filetype.
