Man, it really depends on the girl and the type of orgasm. Some girls can't handle a good orgasm all the time, especially those coming from the clit. As far as oral sex goes, I've had my head ripped off of her by my hair more then a few times because I didn't slow down at all.

Now a orgasm during regular sex uses different nerve pathways and is less intense and more of a 'rolling' orgasm.
