Well my girlfriend of seven months has noticed a little bleeding a couple weeks before her period, I told her nothin to worry about hopefully and if her periods late then we should start to freak... Well today's the day she is supposed to get her period, and it hasnt happened.

My brain is now in panic mode.

The thing is, we havent had sex. We're both still virgins, I mean there's alot of foreplay but no penetration at all whatsoever. My unit has been near hers, for lack of better words, but there was no ejaculation or anything.

Me being a noob when it comes to women and periods, I startin researching online. I read somewhere that early bleeding is a sign of pregnancy, and late periods also. I understand shes 16, and at age her body is going through enormous changes, but someone just help me rest easy tonight and tell me that late periods are completely normal for a girl her age. Please

If worse comes to worse, ill go pickup a pregnancy test, whens the best time to use them for the most accurate reading?

As long as you haven't had sex with her you have nothing to worry about. Has she been having sex with someone besides you? If not then you really have nothing to worry about. Things like stress, sudden weight loss, or lots of physical activity can do all sorts of strange things to a womans cycle. So yeah if you haven't had sex with her and nobody else has had sex with her I'm gonna go ahead and say all is well

Also, if she's a day late, just go get a test. There are even ones you can take up to 5 days BEFORE her missed period. So, if she's already a day late, just go get the test so you can stop stressing.

This is exactly why we need sex ed in public schools, starting in the sixth grade, thats about the age the body starts getting interested in those things.

Nahh, we'd rather fight over prayer in school and whether or not creationism is right and evolution is just a theory.

We do a wonderful job at stirring up absolutely nothing in order to hide the shit we really need to address in all the dust and smoke.

the stress from thinking about it could cause her to be a little late... if you guys havent had sex you probably dont have too much to worry about.

i had a gf go for like 2 and a half months without a period, talk about FREAKING out. she wasnt pregnant...
