Only in the movies buddy. In real life there are things called sexualally transmitted infections as well. Try spraying someone with Hep C, not as cool then.

I was with a girl who had Hep C once. And we went to the doctor to see if she can get birth control, and the doctor said that it's highly unlikely to catch hep c through sex, it's mostly blood to blood contact.

Hep C was my random choice. Who knows where you could have a small cut?
My point is that wearing a condom is a good idea, necessary even, unless you are in a safe relationship.
