marijuana legalization & election 2008

alright, so im an 18 year old college student so this is my first chance to vote, i know some things have to be voted on just to let us as americans to vote on it, so im just wondering is marijuana legalization or legalization of medical marijuana gonna be on the 2008 ballet.?

if it is not is there a way to get it on there cuz i live in michigan unfortunatly and the laws about weed here suck hard...

the drugged driving law is almost as bad as the DUI laws

i got drug tests and drug classes for a year that came to a total of $1250.00 approx. for being caught w/ about .04 of a gram (half bowl) in a bag in my pocket..

i would just like to know if theres anyway i can help the process of legalization for my state cuz i intend on voting if theres something to do with marijuana but if not i could really care less..

a lot of the dem candidates are for ending federal medicinal marijuana raids. One republican candidate is for full out legalization across the board.

We'll jsut ahve to see who wins the primary.

By the way i think most of the democratic frontrunners would end raids and ron paul from the republicans would legalize.

alright, so basically i just gotta wait and see whats on the ballets .. it kinda just depends... cuz im all for legalization across the board .. thats like a dream come true... i just hope that happens so my parents can live to see it so i can say i TOLDJA SO... but im not to optimistic that its gonna happen... anytime soon atleast but my parents arent even that old so im just waiting... patiently might i add

How the hell did they hit you with drugged driving?

I've never know anyone who's gotten one of those, even people who get stopped with cars reeking like weed because they stubbed out the blunt when they saw the cop behind them. They just write you the possession ticket around here.

no i didnt get it i wasnt in a car and that is a pretty new law i think its just something to fall back on if they catch cars that smell and cant get a charge to stick they will test u to get taht shit on u but no i wasnt in a car thank god... i know ppl that lost their license and got community service , and had classes like me and tests they got teh extra cuz they where in a car....

are u from michigan larry? if so what area and hows the cronik there?
