4/20 Moneybomb for NORML

I heard about this, all I could find was a Facebook group.

Anyone got any info on it?

Causes | Legalize It - The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws | Facebook

Hey Everyone,

I'm taking a page out of the Ron Paul Campaign's playbook with the idea of a one day mass donation to NORML. What better day than 4/20? The idea is we start advertising on facebook, myspace, and even through NORML's website to get everyone to donate some money to the cause. It could be something as small as $5. I've seen the success that political campaigns have had doing this and I think If we were able to raise a legitimate amount of money in one day we could get some much needed media coverage for NORML. So start spreading the word, sharing ideas, and reposting this where possible. Norml has been making great strides in the past few months and I think as members of this organization we owe them this much.

Thanks and keep up the good work
-Baudi

NORML isnt the greatest PAC, not bashing what theyre doing, its just theyre soooo small compared to larger players..

i think the ACLU might be a better place to give money

Your right the ACLU does have a lot of power. Think about how often you read about them in the newspaper, a lot right, and then NORML I haven't ever seen them mentioned.

Right they are probably the strongest, but the ACLU isn't only for weed.
So you pretty much know where your money's going with NORML.
