Let's hope that a new leader will implement a new strategy, because for nearly a century now-- following the passage of the Harrison Narcotics Act of 1914--America's War on Drugs has been seen primarily as a criminal justice problem.

I would love to see a change in drug policy. People are locked up for using a plant??? How ridiculous is that?

Alcohol is a drug as is tobacco. More people die every day from either one of those drugs in a day than the entire number of deaths from cannabis (which happens to be ZERO).
