We all know that everyone says to never talk to police. Here's a very good explanation by a law professor about why to NEVER talk to the police and why to exercise your 5th amendment rights (in the US).

A rebuttal from a police officer. (Includes some of the tactics they use to get you to unknowingly confess)

What stood out the most to me is the part where we learn that talking to police is a one way street. Anything incriminating you say be held against you, yet any exculpating information you tell the police is considered hearsay and thus is inadmissible in court!

Whenever I hear cops talking I always think they are shitfaces. no offense to any cops reading this. I know there are nice cops, and I know cops have to be dicks to get dangerous criminals to go to jail, and they are doing thier job and all that. But... they are so two faced. I would never be friends w/ a cop cause they can fake so well, and lie so well.

I have not watched the videos yet but i'm sure that in Ukraine all these rules about how to behave with a policeman will not go...., especially if you got to their departments you will not have a chanc to leave it clean unless you give them money of course they will beat your confession from you and make you tell them even what you didn't do....., they are real fuking bastards here....

i havent made it that far eastern, but the more eastern you go, the more fucked up and corrupt the cops seem to get.

croatia and hungary were pretty sketch as far as authority figures go.
