Well I mean if your going to burn the cilia in you lungs and fill them with tar, there's a good chance it could cause cancer. You also have to take into account that pestacides, and some nutrients left in the plants when burnt can cause cancer. If California is saying it, I think that it may be true, dude.

However it's not nearly as carcinogenic as probably bleach, and definately not as carcinogenic as cigarettes.

You have to realize there's pretty much been studies proving burnt toast can be cancer causing.

burning hydrocarbons is known to release carcinogens, so yes mj smoke might be slightly carcinogenic. doesnt necesarily mean its as bad as asbestos or tobacco smoke.

id also like to add to the list of cancer causing stuff, flare ups from fat dripping into your grill and depositing soot and other byproducts of combustion onto your food.
