They're going to make it illegal to smoke it
From the New Hampshire bill:
|
Quote:
|
|
(d) A landlord to permit a qualified patient to smoke marijuana on any leased property in a manner that would violate a lease or the rental policies that prohibits smoking by tenants or guests on the property, except that a landlord may not prohibit the medical use of marijuana on leased property by a qualified patient through means that do not violate a no smoking rule, including but not limited to the ingestion of medical marijuana or the inhalation through vaporization, as long as the tenant in possession of the property provides permission to the qualified patient to use medical marijuana in the rented property.

As long as stoners don't turn violent these scheming politicians will keep raping the public with bullshit laws and regulations that only shows how hypocritical it is to call USA the "Land of the free".
Learn from alcohol prohibition, they didn't beg, they used violence until the government just gave up and then targeted the peaceful stoners.

The Santa Cruz "Outdoor Smoking Task Force" met 16 Jun 2009.
This is their goal: Secondhand Smoking Ordinance
Personally, I think I'd rather die than be forced to eat, not to mention pay for, Kubby's cannabis candy.

Uh, have you ever even smoked weed? That's not exactly the feeling you get afterwards. And sorry, that's far from the answer if we're going for legitimate legalization.

Actually, if the state has made it so the landlord could okay smoking the herb for med use, that would mean they wont be coming in to take the landlords shit if someone gets busted for pot while renting the house.
I'd look at this as a small step in near the right direction in some small way.
Maybe?

Not really most, and the legalization (medicinally) is growing. As is the push for rec. use. Especially in Ca.

True, everyone is.
It doesn't effect everyone the same way. Smoking does take far less, and its more intense.

I agree. I personally prefer the intensity.
Consuming it is awesome in it's own way. It does take more, but I can also purchase all the edibles under the sun pretty much, so that's a benefit.

I can't though in Wisconsin its HIGHLY illegal, first offense for just a tiny amount can get someone in major trouble.
When I get it, I usually buy in bulk and bake it up into some goodies.
Once I made brownes out of an ounce and a half of some fire. I used a box of ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie mix, it was the first time I'd ever made brownies.
I ate a couple and thought, this shit doesn't work. And then I just kept eating trying to feel something...(I was really used to smokin it) and BAMN when it hit it hit, and I got the munchies so I kept eating.
I slept for two days.

Well I'm gonna be kinda blunt here. At least you guys can have weed. Do you really think this is all that enforceable? They have a cigarette smoking ban in the NE(Ohio and PA), but I'll be damned if you don't see someone smoking a cigarette right outside the door of any starbucks at almost any time of the day.
I may have read the article wrong but it doesn't sound like the end of the world nor the cannabis movement. Keep your heads high(har har har), we've made tons of progress these past couple years.
Also edibles are a wonder. I love getting comatose stoned off of candy.
