1/2 cup shotening
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemmon juice
3 teaspoons baking powder
i cup sugar
1 cup mashed bananas
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cupchoped "grass"
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts
mix the shortening and sugar,beat the eggs, and add to mixture,separatly mix lemon juice and add to the first mixture.sift flour,salt,and baking powder together ,then mix all ingrediants togeter.bake for 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees.
