Chocolates

I love these, out of every possible way to indulge in cannabis this is my most favorite way.

I wouldn't use skunk but most strains are delicious with chocolate.

I like to use Cadburys but you can use Hersheys, or Nestles, I've tried this recipe with those three.

I like to use milk chocolate, I'm sure dark will be fine too, I just think dark chocolate taste like dirt so I've never tried making these with it.

You'll need a mold of some kind, I use a small muffin tin and line it with the little muffin papers.

Something to create a double broiler. I use a sauce pan and a large pan to boil my water.

And I usually use a quater but you can use as much or as little as you like.

First remove the seeds and stems, grind into a powder. Heat your finely ground bud in an oven, I usually set mine at 300 until I smell the distinct smell of the THC becoming active, about 7min or so.

I like to toast my seeds and add stir them in with my bud but its just for the nutty taste, you can do what you like with them.

Melt your chocolate and stir in your preheated bud, and if you like your seeds.

Place this mold and all in the fridge, you'll need to keep these cold because otherwise when they get warm they form a kind of fudge textured food, which is ok but really chewey.

I usually wrap mine in foil and put them in the freezer eating them when I feel like.
