Favorite culinary herbs!

So just say your favorite herbs and spices to cook with or to just smell or eat. Weed counts just because it's related.

My favorites are:
1. Mint(peppermint, spearmint, their all good). Wild mint is my favorite, it's so nice to just tear up a leaf and smell it, then grab a few and chew on them.
2. Star Anise. I eat these raw a lot, pretty much natural licorice.
3. Rosemary, the smell is intoxicating.
4. Lemon Balm, so citrusy I can't believe it's a plant. Easy to grow to!
5. Clove, Anesthetic goodness!

And the obligatory Cannabis.

I'm sure I have more, but these are just some of my favorites. I wanna hear yours!

A couple of my favorites are Dill and Lemon Basil.

I have a bunch of mint growing in my yard but I like the smell more than the taste.

You know what smells really amazing to me are tomato leaves.

I have several tomato plants growing in my back yard and I love to rub the leaves and get the smell all over my hands. I keep smelling my hands over and over.

My tomato plants got eaten this year before I could put a fence up.

Sage is awesome too. I don't know if I've ever had any cilantro though.

To eat: garlic

To smell: can't even pick, there's so many.

Ever tried peas with fresh mint? It's delicious.
