Ok, so i would like to say that i am in the same situation as you. I am in my thirties as well, and i smoked ALOT up until recently. I would like to say that you are doing a great job...KEEP IT UP. I share your pain and we will get through this. Believe me when i say that i am the LAST person on earth that my friends would expect would quit pot. Well you know what... WE HAVE THE BALLS TO DO IT!!!

hey big boy trust in god if it makes you feel better but i would try detoxing also. they sell them at any head shop. drink tons of water, drink gatoraid before your test,also take a super high dose of asprin about a half hour before you go in to piss it lowers the sensitvity to pot only on strip tests. you can check that out on the norml web site. most importantly dont let some jerk ever make you question your faith. faith means beliveing in something with your heart that cant always be proven. i am not a very religous person but i will never tell someone that they are wrong for accepting god. stay true to what is in your heart. as for tokin get a grip if he wants to ask for more than one opinion on this he is within his rights to do so free country you know. you should just give your opinion and let him decide what is best for him. and it is very easy to get your points across without the cussing. its hard to take someone serious when they rant and rave like you have. get a grip

For those that say its a myth and it doesn't work, they are wrong.
I had a session the Saturday before my drug test, which was on Thursday. On monday i took two niacin (the same kind you have), and another two on wednesday. i took the test on thursday and passed

the only issue I have with that is that there was no control experiment to determine whether or not it was the niacin or just your fast acting metabolism.
It takes 3-30 days to get it out of your system (depending on metabolism, age , frequency, bmi), or to at least an undetectable level (below 50 ng).
Through my research, I found that the best use for niacin is not to flush you out, but make it possible for someone to drink tons of water before a test after taking it, because niacin will make your piss turn a golden yellow. This will make it appear as if it is non-dilluted. As far as just overdosing on niacin, all I have gathered is that you will get a severe rash and the side effects are really bad. If i wanted to have it burn when I pissed and get a rash, I would just go have sex with a crack whore.
