Help!

So Im trying to get hired at this supply store, but I have to take a drug test.

It's not by appointment so I can go in whenever I want. I can't wait too long otherwise it will look suspicious, they aren't going to call me back until I take the test.

I smoke about and eigth every 2 weeks. I smoke everyday, but small bowls. I am 150 lbs 5 ft 8, pretty skinny. I ride my bike 2-4 miles every day and I skateboard as well.

What do I do yahooka? How long do I wait? Any advice?

I'm assuming you stopped smoking as soon as you started looking for a job. How long have you been abstaining, and how long did you smoke prior to stopping this last time?

Drink plenty of fluids (I recommend green tea), exercise daily, and diet, and you should be good.

I actually didn't stop smoking until I found out that I was going to be drug tested. I foolishly assumed that they didn't drug test. I've been smoking for a few years without any major breaks, I don't smoke a whole lot but I do smoke frequently, I just stretched it out.

Luckily I can go take the test whenever I want, then the testing center informs the office after I take it. Its up to me when I go in, but I can't just wait a month, that'd look ridiculous. I'm thinking anywhere between one or two weeks will be good hopefully?

I've done some reading on how to pass a urine test, I'm just trying to get some opinions on when I should take it
