How to naturally detox body

So I need to take a drug test in about a month because they are giving me a month for my body to clean itself out. But I smoked and ate a hash cookie yesterday, so now I'm fearing I won't pass. I still have about a month so is there any like natural way to speed it up. I heard sweating it out (like by running or sauna) is good and so is I guess drinking a lot of water. Any other suggestions? Would drinking a cup of cranberry juice everyday be good? Any other thoughts would greatly be appreciated. I have lots of time, so it isn't anything big. Just tryna take it out slowly but surely.

Diet, plenty of fluids (preferably green tea), and exercise will steer you well.

Also you may want to purchase an At-Home test from Walgreens or GNC or wherever. It's around $15 and is extremely accurate. Good luck.

I friend of mine passed a test totally fine and he had smoked a ton like two and half or three weeks before his test. He's like 6'2" and a fairly big guy, not fat but not skinny or anything. Didnt exercise hardly at all and just drank about a gallon and a half of cranberry juice a few days beforehand. Everyone is different but thats what happened with him

yea depending on your metabolism mostly but im sure u can do it in a month just break a sweat exercise.... do work... eat drink and take vitamins regularly dont eat late ... if ur still worried if u didnt smoke for a month drink like a gallon of water prior to the test go once b4 and then theres no way u couldnt pass from what i know.... and i learned all i know from here and then took it to the field w/ my court drug tests i havent stopped smokin and ive been on tests since last feb. and ive been smokin since... im an active person though with a v12 metabolism i would say cuz i pass tests in like 4-5 days naturally and im 6'0 ,187lbs.

first question is how much do you weigh. 2nd is , is your body fat percentage visible without measuring it? THC tends to stick to fat so if your thin and fit it will be a whole lot easier but while i was in the army I would come home on leave and smoke my ass off. I would smoke the whole two weeks i was home knowing i was going to get drug tested the day after i returned to base so the 2nd night before I returned to post i would stop smoking and run a good 5 miles. the last night before i went back I ran 2 miles. while I did that i made sure to drink a good solid 2 gallons of water and I never ever failed a piss test given to me by the military. just be active with sports or some activity that is enjoyable to you that is active outside because you want to sweat but sweating is not what makes you clean. It's the burning of the layer of fat with the thc stuck to it. so drink up that h2o and go have some active fun outside. its not that hard. and you have no worries.

vitiman C is the bodys natural detox chemical.........tha ts why when your to high you can eat oranges to bring you down...lol, at least thats what ive been told, and it makes sense

this is very true other than vitamine c/oj you could also drink some vinager which is nasty or gulp down some pickle juice. also a little trick i have used on numerous occasions is just dilute your system with water by drinking an assload of water before your test enough to make you have to piss every ten. depending on what your test is for and who its for this tactic is perfect for aquiring a little more time for you to clean your system because your piss will be nothing but water, resulting in a diluted urinalysis. the only downfall to that is diluted results might mean you will have to retake the test.

People have been doing this since the advent. of piss tests. Unless your prospective employers are complete idiots they're going to know what diluted piss means.

One way to naturally detox the body is not intoxicate the body at all. Abstain from smoking. Diet, plenty of fluids, and exercise. That's as natural as you can get. No drinking vinegar or drowning yourself in supposedly healthy supplements.

Experiment on yourself using different methods. If you come across a substance that you don't think will agree with your body, then don't ingest or consume it in anyway.

The OP didn't specify exactly why he was being tested, but if it was for probation\court, they sure as fuck can and will punish and prosecute you for an excessively diluted tests. They have a litmus type strip that tentatively proves dilution, then the urine is sent to a lab to determine exactly how dilute the sample in question is.

If it falls within a range of 'likely tampered' and you have a history of failing, covering up dirty ua's, substituting urine and getting caught, they prosecute it as tampering with a drug test.

That's a felony in my state,
