for someone who is around me nearly every time I smoke, to take a urine test and come back positive from close second hand smoke? I'm thinking no...but I'm not sure.

yes its possible

unlikely unless you are exhaling directly at them while they inhale though

this is just an opinion, there is no personal experience to back it up

I was afraid of this one time.... I had been around Verk smoking and I had even smoked a little myself on Friday night. Monday morning I get a surprise drug test and I passed it. I don't think second hand smoke would really hurt anything.

I was scared to death. I almost didn't go to get it done. haha! It may depend on the persons metabolism too.

I was just in this situation. I smoke in the same room as my bf, who had to take a test. Close quarters everyday and he passed with no problem.
