ok so ive been posting in this forum for exactly one year now cuz i got advisement feb. 13 of 2007. anyway i learned about the dilution method cuz i only had dip stick tests.... not lab and i got them every 21 days so i would smoke for 2 weeks and not for one and then drink a bottle of water and go piss and pass.. then continue as schedualed... anyway i had perfected this to the point where i could smoke for 16 days and not for 5 and on the 5th day i would drink like 2 dasani's and a gatoraide go piss and pass... so anyway today i had court which is the 12th of feb. 2008 it was my review to get off advisement and i figured i wouldnt mess with the court so i decided to not smoke for 7 days i worked out i went to the skate park and shoveled a shit ton of snow all on different days and just did like i normally do ... so anyway today being the 8th clean day for me i went to court didnt have time to drink even a whole bottle of water and i went in and didnt have to piss she said just try so i filled enough and she tested it.... i had no doubts what so ever... she dropped the first test in the fuckin toilet like a dumb bitch... then got another and tested it and i guess the line that shows if u passed was lighter then the control and she said she couldnt tell and had to get a second opinion.... so who does she get... no other then the county fuckin prosecuter.... and he walked in took one glance and said, "Yep THC"... so i fuckin failed and that could of landed me jail time but instead i got another entire year of fuckin probation ... basically just drug tests again.... i have already paid a total of 1250.00 dollars for the classes i had to take and the tests and fees... so now im in what they call "Phase 2" and i gota go to the clinic on the 21st of this month again to get registered or tested or w/e back into the clinic

so anyway ... i was just wondering how the fuck this happened i think they fucked me cuz ive passed tests legitamitlly w/o smoking for a week on the seventh day i pass no water drinking in excess just enough too make me go you know ... idk how the fuck this happened... but ive decided to quit all together .. and turn my back on mary jane for good.... anyways thanks to the dumb fuckin P.o. and the County pros. im quittin for ever now... even tho im sure ill be on the same kinda tests again and i can go back to my old routines... im done with this shit... im so pissed my fuckin brains doing backflips.... im just stunned at how some careless whore of a probation officers moment of stupidity can fuck my for a whole year... anyway i just had to get that off my chest and rant thanks for giving this the time of day and id just like say after u read this the next time u blaze hit it once for me... cuz i wont be hittin the greens never again.... im set in this way....

i think its time for me to grow up anyway. ive been smoking since b4 middle school and im about to be nineteen and im a freshmen in college so idk something about blazing up at 20 seems immature to me and the ladies around here seem to think its immature alltogether.... in a way im thankful to that dumb CUNT cuz there was always a part of me that wanted to quit and shes just charging me for it now.....

anyways Thanks for all the help on growing and passing tests w/o being clean the year ive been a member to this site was amazing... yet i cant seem to remember much of it... still thanks everybody... N peace Out...

Total bummer. I can only begin to imagine the frustration.

Were you very adament that it was impossible that you could have failed the test - that you haven't smoked the entire time on probation?

Live and learn brother. Probationary times are delicate times for people who want to continue smoking. I completed mine while smoking however I was never tested, not even once. But it sounds like you had a wad of bad luck hit you. I wouldn't smoke anymore after that, and I hope all continues to be well with you after this incident.

hey man, don't trip, great move to just stop, that is what I did 2 years ago, I was smokin like a freight train, then I barely missed a random piss test, and that means, they show up at my job, check the timeclock, and test people on the clock on the spot, I can NOT come home and tell my wife and 3 kids I am going to lose my job... so it was a no brainer for me. Good luck friend and I bet you made the right choice as I did. I do love the weed , don't get me wrong but I can not afford to lose my family over it! I would say good luck, but luck has nothing at all to do with it. YOU do!

idk how i would go about appeal... i mean i never really seemed to relize how close i was callin it now that i look back i started out like smoking for 10 days and not for 11 days and i would drink like a bottle of water just to get it flowing... but i tested myself to get it down i would work out and then take vitamins and i had to where i could smoke for 14 days and not for 7 and pass legit on the 7th day then by the end i was smokin like the whole 21 days almost i would only stop for 4 days and pass on the 5th w/ like 2 waters and a gatoraide but i would piss like 3 times b4 i went after drinkin all that ... so i figured 8 days would be fine cuz i wanted to pass legit i hate drinkin alotta water... idk i think it was false positive but who knows im not gonna lose sleep over it welll i havent been sleepin much cuz weed was my sleep aid but anyway idk yea im done im just pissed about how this shit is fuckin up me getting a job and how much money its leeching outta me... well anyway im realy gonna have a hard time stopping if they keep up this 21 day shit i kinda want random but then again a side of me doesnt ... but its not up to me so ... if i do get 21 days ill probably continue to smoke just not like i did cuz i love to smoke but even i know it had taken over my life.... completely but where i live everything and one kinda revolves around weed... its a very boring ass place.... but idk ill let you all know what happens i go to the clinic in 3 days... for my re-admittence or w/e thanks for all the support and as of today its been 2 weeks no smoking for me... and im starting to notice things

OP, don't get me wrong.

But Marijuana is not "Immature" that's just a stereotype. It's a weak drug compared to others, and less of a reality slapper. Even society today is coping around the fact that yes, infact, people will smoke weed.
I think it carries on in genetics, if your dad smoked weed, turns out, you probably will.
