Smoking Marinol and drug test

I smoked a quarter to a half a week until Dec. 07. I smoked about an 1/8 a week until early Jan 08, since then just a few bong hits every other week or so. I had a stretch of 2 weeks without smoking, and last Friday I had 2 bong hits with a liquid tab of marinol dripped on each, and have scraped the resin and smoked that with some cut up stems(because I have no cash) a couple of times with 1-2 days between. I wonder if I'll pass a urine test for Walmart on Monday done at a Dr office. I'm 5'10 and about 160-170 lbs, and I drink a ton of Coke. If anyone might have an idea I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Might want to consider synthetic at this point.

if its a scheduled test you can make sure to urinate multiple times before the test while drinking a couple sports drinks to replenish the vitamins passing into the urine. if you drink just water you will pee out just water and will not pass the test.
