I had been clean for a few months, then smoked on Saturday. There's a chance I'll have a test next Friday. That will be 12 days clean. I'm bigger, not fat really but husky I guess (6'3, 250ish) with a pretty average metabolism. I'm gonna drink tons of water and try to run every day. I should be cool right?

Mmmmmm, I'm not to sure, I've heard putting a bit of vinegar in water might speed it up (best to google that up)

i'm pretty sure the vinegar thing is a myth. i'm fairly certain i would be fine if tested, and chances are i probably wont be tested. i just wanted some others opinions to put my mind at ease.

You shouldn't have a problem, just do some light work outs and drink lots of water and you should be golden.

Just enough water to dilute the test should be enough.
