Technical question for amphetamine/MDMA/cannabis mouth swabs

At the recent Mardi Grass Cannabis LAw Reform Protest and Festival a fiend of mine was subjected to one of the above swabs.

When she was pulled over by the NAZI-BASTARD in question, he told her to rub her tongue on the roof of her mouth prior to swabbing her tongue, of course being one of my tribe, she looked like she complied but failed completely in the touching of the roof of her mouth with her tongue by choice.

The upshot was that within an hour of eating two cannabis cookies and smoking several pipes of great pot in our circle, she was swabbed and returned a negative result.

Don't get me wrong, I'm really fricken grateful she failed/passed/got the result she did on her drug test, what I want though is to mail down definitively why she tested negative and apply that to my own life for future reference.

Are the metabolites they test for produced exclusively on the roof of the mouth?

IS rubbing the tongue on the roof of the mouth anything to do with the test?

Help a stoner out TestClear, how did she beat it so completely stoned?

Are you 100% sure it tested for thc? I'm probably mistaken, but i thought thc was meant to be pretty hard to spot on "roadside" tests.

Drug tests in NSW, Australia test for eccy's, speed and pot.

Strangely enough they don't test for heroin or cocaine, but they most certainly do test for pot.

Roadside drug testing will detect the following three illicit drugs:

Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the active component of cannabis.
Methylamphetamine (‘ice’, ‘speed’, ‘crystal meth’ ‘base’ etc).
Methylenedioxymethyl amphetamine (MDMA or ‘ecstasy’).

Either the test isn't accurate or she inherently has saliva or some sort of chemical that counteracts with certain substances such as MDMA, pot, or anything else she consumes that creates a negative. I knew a girl that was about medium build, never exercised, and smoked weed like a chimney. She was on probation for a year, and was screened each time. She said she smoked the night before, and would pass the screening the next day. Also I just recently saw on the news where a guy died at the age of 115 with a diet of red meat, a fifth of jack daniels, and a pack of cigarettes a day with no exercise. It's a nature vs. nurture issue. Some are genetically lucky while others are not so much.
