Cranberry Juice?

My drug test it tomorrow, and this dude told me to eat cranberrys and drink a full gallon of cranberry juice before the test. Sounds reasonable, but will it help me pass the test? Are there better alternatives?

Please, help.

Search the Drug Testing forum for dilution. That's essentially what you'd be doing.
