Don't add your meds into the urine. They told me to do that too, but here's the thing
they are testing you for the metabolites of the drugs you take, not the actual drugs themselves.
needless to say, I got caught and had some rather uncomfortable xplaining to do. Thankfully I wan't kicked out of the program, or else I would still be rather salty about them advising that as a good idea.
