Internship Drug Testing

Hello, I had a question for anyone who may know the answer. I'm a daily smoker, about two bowls a day on avg. I recently applied for a non-paid Internship with PUMA, and received a call back requesting an interview. The company liked my resume and portfolio, and now they want to meet me. Well this brought up a red flag. I'm nervous that they will drug test me. I found out about the interview on Friday, and my interview is next Friday. Does anyone know the likelihood that I can pass this test with just a week of sobriety? I'm an active person, and exercise daily. I'm 5ft8 155lbs. Since I was informed about the interview I obviously quit smoking. I've been running about 3-4 miles a day, and drinking about 90-100 ounces of water a day. I also plan to drink a couple glasses of green tea and cranberry juice daily as well. I'm not even sure if they will test me, I'm just nervous it may be a high possibility, especially with such a big company. Any info will help. Thanks!

Have plenty of liquids in your system the day of the interview.

I do seem to doubt that they would test you on the day of your interview, although it is an internship.

Search the drug testing forum for 'dilution.'

Yep plenty of fluids and a bottle of fake pee in your panties. Dont leave home without it. Pre employment tests are hardly ever monitored. It is likely they will ask you to drive down to a testing facility. Warm up the pee on the way down 100-110 degrees will get you to temp. be sure to squirt a little in the toilet when your finished too may people forget to color the water.

See I don't know if they're even going to give me a test. It IS and un-paid internship. However, it's with a prestigious company (PUMA), so anything is possible. But I'm not sure how things work. Is it even standard procedure to give a drug test on the day of your interview? My buddy had to get a drug test with a 24 hour notice for his job (he's a bigger smoker than me). He drank a ton of water and Gatorade and took a cleansing drink and passed!
