Drug test in a week

I am 5'5 and weight 230. I smoked last saturday (about 5 days ago) and have a drug test in approximately 5 days. I am using a detox Clearflush by Permaclean and drinking 64oz of water a day. What other steps should I take to guarantee a pass?

depends how much you smoked. before chronic user or not.
