Taking one hit

Does anyone know how long one hit will last in your system? (a brief history) I was kind of a big smoker, about two small bowls a day, I quit for a week, and passed a drug test. However, I drank a ton of water, green tea and cranberry juice all week, and I run about 3-5 miles a day. I'm about 5ft 8in, and weigh about 154lbs. Now with keeping with that routine, how quick do you think it will be till one hit is out of my system? I don't want to go back to my old ways, but I'm just not ready to give it up completely. I like taking a hit here and there. With smoking so infrequently, all I really need is one hit and I'm baked. I'm just curious to hear some feedback.Thanks

not that long i'd say a day or two.

i know a dude on probation thats smokes all day friday after taking his usual thursday UA's for probation and passes every time.
