how long shall i wait?

okay i'm pretty much gonna lay it all out on the table...

i am a very heavy smoker. i've smoked everyday for the past 3-4 years. varying amts from 1g to an eigth a day. lately i haven't been smoking as much, but i quit yesterday b/c i want to join the airforce. i'm fairly active running about 1-2 hrs a day about 4-5 times a week. i've been running for a couple of months now. and i was wondering how long it would take to get out of my system. i'm 6'3 215 according to websites i have a BMI of 26.9. how long would it take for my system to be totally clean? how long should i wait to commit to MEPS (where i take the drug test)

this is for the military so my system must be clean. and i'm about to go on a strict diet. including trying to get my metabolism up and lose those thc lbs.

I don't know how stricht the air-forces tests are so I dunno if I can help out much...

i hear if u fail for alcohol/weed they just make u wait 6 months. then if u fail again i think u can't join. the air force is the strictest of all the military branches b/c they try and keep tards out, kinda like me!

I'd try for two months then, but I honestly once again do not know what kind of tests they do..
