I wonder what Test Clear has to say on the matter, considering the conspiracy charges. This kind of case could serve as a precedent, making it possible to charge anyone involved in the business of drug test defeating products with conspiracy. This is a pretty serious situation, actually.

A 10 second google search revealed plenty of much cheaper alternatives to the Whizzinator.

And as I've said in a prior thread, I would not work for a company that had a ethics policy of violating my privacy rights as a condition of my employment.
