Drug testing a violation of 5th Amendment Rights

After reading some of the troubles that people are in, it has come to my attention that for one reason or another, they might be subject to some kind of drug testing in relation to a parole or some other legal issue. I don't really know how it all works, but I think being forced or required to pee into that cup is a violation of your rights.

From the Constitution, 5th Amendment:
No person... shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself...

This is basically a violation of that right. Correct?

i think typically by the time a dt comes the person is in court and already given up their rights at some point.
