So I'm pretty sure I just failed my drug screening at my first job interview

I'm sixteen, i'm just going to say that I think, but i'm not absolutely positive, that I failed the drug screening there. What happens when I fai la drug screening? I only smoke grass. Would they keep that on record? Would they notify my parents that I failed the drug screening?

They most likely will just tell you, unless they're friends with your parents or something.

Dont worry about getting into trouble over this, just don't plan on ever getting a job there.
