Stoney - I mean I'm not a resinologist but I do dabble in some research. from my understanding on most kinds of resin there is a very low THC content most of the high comes from degraded CBD's(unless you only smoked mass quantities of the danky dank). Though you can never be 100% sure. If you haven't smoked out of it in a while there's an even greater chance and THC actives have degraded further(lucky for you).

I wish people did tests on this, but what kind of scientist would/should care? haha if only I had a chromotography column and understood chromotography.
First advice: clean your pipe. You know the drill rubbing alcohol + salt.
Secondly: drink water as kitch says. If you felt a weed high while smoking whatever it is you were smoking you will want to do some other precautions. Remember if you aren't an avid smoker currently it passes through you much faster especially in small quantities(aka accidental resin rips of old resin).
