please help me

i'm going to jail to 13 days and need to get clean so i can get out on work release. i have been a consistent smoker for about 4 years slowly cutting back this summer knowing this was going to happen. I jog, do pushups, situps, occasionally lift weights. i'm scared for my life right now. how can i get clean in 13 days? i don't believe that niacin shit cause that only affects the blood stream not your fat cells. I haven't been eating for a few days thinking that will kill all the fat cells but clearly i was wrong. could someone please tell me what would be good for me to eat/drink/pills for the next 13 days? thanks-schlags

well, its difficult to actually speed up being clean. its possible to pee clean for a certain window of time, but to actually speed up the removal of thc from the fat cells is quite difficult. try getting some intense cardio workouts in.. youll need to be exerting yourself constantly for probably 20+ minutes to actually start burning fat. even then im not sure this will speed up the process significantly.

bump for more help

look around for metabolism boosters, one that comes to mind is niacin. it will probably make you pretty uncomfortable for a while because its speeding up your body. youll get hot and flushed and probably itchy. ive never taken niacin in the quantities recomended to burn fat. id say excersize is your best bet, try eating no fat and all protein. if you dont intake alot of carbs and protein your body will be forced to consume its fat stores(where thc is 'stored').

as food comes into your body, its energy is released in this order:
carbs(sugars) > Proteins > Fats

by limiting sugar intake you can likely increase the amount of fat you burn with the same amount of excersize.

good luck!

im not sure how well youll be able to sleep on the niacin but its worth a try.

and yes, try to limit your carb intake because carbs are "used up" first in your body, meaning if you limit your carb intake your body will not have to burn through excess carbs AND then protein AND THEN finally fat.

i was just listing the order that your body uses its nutrients, carbs -> protein -> fat. that why that atkins diet limits carbs, its supposed to make it easier to get into fat burning mode when you are not eating carbs.
