I'm new here, too and freaking out a bit. I had to do a hair test yesterday for Social Services. I had a little bit of a heads up by telling them to take me to court if they wanted a hair test and in the mean time ordered Toxin Wash shampoo on-line and used it exactly according to the directions. I should have the results back in 3-5 business days and will let you know if it worked. The only problem with Toxin Wash was that it was $108 but I got it the next business day.

I went for a job interview today and was offered the position. They told me that I would have to report for a hair test tomorrow and I'm freaking out because I really need this job. I am an african-american male and I have a close hair cut about 1/8 of an inch so I doubt that they can get hair from my head. Do you think this method will work in other areas?

They can use body hair and it stores the metabolites longer than head hair because it grows slower. You could trim all body hair as short as your head hair and just look really groomed. Tell them you have a hair thing. Good luck.

Hello. I have been experimenting for months and testing myself and I am happy to say that I have passed a hair test.

1. When I knew I had to test I stopped immediately. My first self test I used Zydot and Folli Clean and tested positive for 10,000 pico grams of 4 different cocaine metabolites, but showed no THC or Meth.

2. I ordered several different online product including Precision Cleanse Afterburner and the 2 above. They all promised 100% money back guarantee and not one of them sent a refund although I filled out all the paperwork and mailed my results to them.

3. It is my experience that the IDAVISA and Macujo methods work AS WELL if not BETTER than anything you can order online. I tested my self before and after using these methods twice and so I have the results to prove it makes a difference.

4. I was able to lower my pico grams by approx 300 each time I washed and tested. My hair recovered well considering all the harsh washing. The color was not effected at all. I have long shiny strawberry blond hair.

5. I used Ajax dish soap with bleach in place of the VO5 shampoo and added my own fresh aloe (when available) and aloe gel. I mixed these first and then added the bleach and hydrogen peroxide. I incresed the formula and never felt any buring sensation. I left it on for 10 minutes and did 4 treatments. I mixed each treatment seperately and tried to get it on the hair quickly. Do whatever you have time for.

6. Testing facilities charge anywhere between $80 and $175 for a hair test and so shop around. Different labs have different cutoff levels. One was 300 pg and the other was 500 pg.

7. Don't worry so much about the specific ingredients and method, as long as you are close. Just WASH, WASH, WASH. Do it as much as you can. It is time consuming and tedious, but it does work.

8. If you are a guy you definately have an advantage keeping you hair short. Some drug metabolites are easier to remove than others and some hair is easier to wash than others. I have been told that cocaine metabolites are the hardest to remove and that african american hair is the hardest to remove it from.

since i'm sick of seeing people asking this question about urine testing, i'm copying this from a previous post i made awhile ago... if a mod would make this sticky it would probably save a lot of repeated posts...

when testing UAs they detect a metabolite which is basically what your body produces while a substance is travelling around your bloodstream. the minimum amount to be considered a positive test is when it is 50+ parts per million. diluting your piss means that in the sample there will be more water and less metabolites. if a test however is too diluted ( i.e. all water no other natural waste material that your kidneys filtered out from your bloodstream ) most will count it as a positive, or at the very least make you retake the test.

in order to get around this, instead of just drinking all water, drink about 33% water and 66% gatoraide. don't take any b vitamins... they don't do shit for your urine gravity except make your piss turn a bright neon yellow... when they see that they will know you were trying to get around it. the day before your test eat a light breakfast and an early lunch, and drink a large glass of water. the next day, try not to eat anything, but if you are really hungry just eat a little something at least 3 hours before your test. about four hours before your test drink like three-four gatoraides (16 oz bottles) and one-two glasses (16 oz = one glass) of water.

when you are taking the test, first piss in the toilet for a couple of seconds, fill the cup, then finish pissing in the toilet. most of the waste material is in the very first stream of piss, and the last little bit. if by chance you actually did dilute the piss too much, just tell them that you run/play sports a lot and easily get dehydrated... drinking that much fluid is normal for you.

again, let me reiterate; THERE IS NO PILL/DRINK/CHANT/ADDITIVE THAT WILL MAGICALLY MAKE YOU PASS A DRUG TEST. ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES LIQUIDS LIKE WATER AND GATORAIDE ARE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY.

something else i have posted numerous times that belongs here is how long it takes for the traces of pot to be filtered out of your system...

now, everytime you smoke you flood your system with THC... which is then transferred to your brain via the blood stream, then back down to the kidneys where the traces are filtered out... now, your kidneys can only filter out a certain amount at a time, so the more you smoke, the longer it is going to take to get it out of your system.

now, only you know how many times you've smoked in the past couple of weeks, so only you can estimate how much shit is still floating around your system...

the general rule of thumb, is if you are totally clean, and smoke a bowl, then it will take about 24-48 hours for your system to be totally clean again.

now, if you're smoking all day everyday, then it is going to take about 30 days (720 hours) for your system to be totally clean.

now for how clean you need to be in order to pass a drug test, i can only attest to what worked for me...

since i was being tested about once a month, i would smoke for two weeks right after i went in... now this is probably about 3-4 bowls a day...

then for about a week and a half - two weeks before my next test, i would not smoke... then when i go in for my test, i dilute my piss using my method above...

When was the last time you used before passing the test? Did you pass the 300g one? And how many treatments (Idavisa or macujco or both???) did you have to do before passing? Four? How much time had passed before doing the next test and method?

Every one is different. Different hair, different substances, different amounts etc. Wash using whatever methods you like, IDAVISA seems best but with the Ajax dish soap and aloe gel. Then go and test yourself and see where you are. If you are over 1500 pg then I would say you need to wash everyother day for a week or 2 before you retest. I don't have all my results here, so that's all I can give you at this time. But, I do know the washing does make a difference, it DOES reduce the metobolites in the hair. By how much depends on your hair. Good luck!

i just recently was giving a surprise hair test for a pre employment drug screen, because i had dilluted my urine sample. i'll just give you guys the whole run down.

i havn't smoked since the saturday before easter. was given a urine test on friday the 24 which came back dilluted. i didnt even drink much water before im a gym rat and am always well hydrated. i actually took a home test before i went for my urine sample and it came up negative, but the one line was very light, and it made me very nervous so i drink about 40 oz of water in a two hour time frame before my test, again this is not an absurd amount of water for me to be drinking in the first place so i thought i'd be fine.

obviously it came back dilluted. So, i get a call back from them today telling me i need to come in and talk to them about my drug test, im also supposed to have a physical there. i figure they are just going to tell me its dilluted and make me retake the sample, turns out they are sending me in for a hair test, i had no time to prepare for this so obviously im going to fail. my question is; how much info can they get from these tests? are they able to tell like down to the day when the last time is i smoked? are they able to tell whether or not i am a daily user?

i ask this because i had taken about 4-6 weeks off from smoking, ending on about the 28the of march. i then got my own bag and smoked casually with friends when it was available until about the 12th of april. What i was thinking is maybe i would call them and tell them i researched the hair test and have a feeling im going to fail, before they actually get the results, because i smoked a couple times in the month of march. and maybe tell them i really need the job and would have no problem taking random drug tests, for which i would pay for myself, if they hire me. thanks for any info, and sorry for rambling lol. ps, i was an everyday user before i took the 4-6 week break.

Basically i just want to know if when they get the results, is it just a simple positive/ negative? or do they get like a 90 day printout showing what days you were using and were not ect. thanks again.
