Hello again everyone I am making another thread to ask everyone about their grow room.
I would like to know several things:

What lighting system do you use? (give specifics)

Do you have an air filtration system? If so what kind. If not why?

How do you have your room setup?

Do you go from seed to bud in the same room or do you have staging areas- one for sprouting, one for veg, one for flowering?

If you have staging areas how are they constructed? Do you divide up one room or use several? If you use one room that is divided what did you use to close off part of the room?

What do you use as a light "reflectant?" (like foil or something white)

Tell me anything else i need to know about indoor (indo) growing.

Also I need to know if it would be suspicious to use two (2) 1000w HPS lights? How about one (1) ???

How many plants can grow under a 1000w HPS light?

Where do you guys buy your lights?

Im in week 3 of veg. getting pretty close to start flowering. I have been fighting with this 1000watt putting out so MUCH heat! Anyways i posted a few pics of what my shits looking like as of 23days.

I think there is something wrong with some of my plants.. could it be nitrogen or nutrient burn? Also i PH the water to 5.5-6.5 and test the PPM and keep it under 1200.

Tempature is around 77-82 But never higher than 85 Degrees
Humidity is 57

I apply my Nutrients at this rate per Gal.
Grow 7.5ML
Floralicious 1ML
B-52 1TSP - twice a week only

I do this Once every 2 days but am wondering if i should every day?

Can someone tell me whats up with the leaves curling? Lack of watering?

Organic Seaweed as a Fertilizer..

Or know as Ascophyllum Nodosum ;)

In the United States, commercial farmers generally only replenish their depleted soils with 3 minerals: Nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorous.

Grown in the pristine waters off the coast of Nova Scotia in the North Artic.

Organic fertilizers are said to be a good source of nutrients for plants in their growth cycle. Organic fertilizers maybe made from compost (the local backyard manure is one), corn meal, bone ash (great source of calcium), fish emulsion, and sea grass (this explains the statement above. Grass benefiting from grass.) :D

The sea acts as a gigantic septic tank of the earth. It’s where every bit and pieces of trash and trace elements go to after having been flushed through rivers and streams. :( Seaweeds found on the ocean floor thrive on these trace elements for sustenance. It is precisely for this reason that for centuries, seaweed organic fertilizers have been used to supplement the nutrient needs of plants.

The application methods

Seaweed organic fertilizers can be used as a soil treatment to grow healthier, stronger, and more disease-resistant plants. The application methods of seaweed organic fertilizers are quite simple. You can either spray seaweed organic fertilizers over your plants using foliar spray. This method of applying seaweed organic fertilizer is preferred by most since it allows greater nutrient absorption.

The other seaweed organic fertilizer application method is the dry one. The powdered seaweed organic fertilizer is applied to soil around the plant like tea to hot water. Just a few little dips, and voila! Tastes like dried leaves. In the case of dry seaweed organic fertilizers, however, the leaves do not dry but turn to an invigorating color of green. :D

Seaweed organic fertilizers can be used for soil “watering”, hydroponics, or foliar feeding. For best results, seaweed organic fertilizers may be used in combination with other supplemental solutions like guano, blood meal, worm castings, etc.

Below is a sample step-by-step method on preparing seaweed organic fertilizers (tea type) for application: :p

Add one quarter pound of seaweed organic fertilizer powder into a gallon of water.

Stir and let your seaweed organic fertilizer mixture “steep” for 1-3 days.
After three days, shake your seaweed organic fertilizer mixture gently and strain it. You can also choose to make a “teabag” out of an old pair of pantyhose,;) sackcloth, or whatever else you can find in the garage.
Your seaweed organic fertilizer is now ready for application.

Ok so I have 5 plants going indoors right now and they are only a few weeks away from being flushed and harvested... I have 4 of them in regular 5 gallon hydro pots and my huge trainwreck is in a 33 gallon storage bin that I popped some wholes out of the bottom with a pick axe to drain.... Which happens to have way bigger buds and more of them than the others...
So I was wondering if I got rid of the extra pots and just threw in 2-3 33 gallon modified storage bins and stuck 2 plants in each...

Ok so I have 5 plants going indoors right now and they are only a few weeks away from being flushed and harvested... Which happens to have way bigger buds and more of them than the others...
So I was wondering if I got rid of the extra pots and just threw in 2-3 33 gallon modified storage bins and stuck 2 plants in each bucket would that affect the plant in any way? I would imagine that the plants will compete for the nutrients but if they are indoors I control most of those problems myself... So would it make a difference? With the 33 gallon buckets I'd be able to fit less containers but the plants would be able to wrap around the whole pot
Any thoughts or input is greatly appreciated
