I'll start by saying currently I'm taking whey protein, creatine monohydrate, fish oils, a multivitamin, and finishing up a cycle of athermogenic (fat burner).

My brand of whey is currently ON, Optimum Nutrition. Double rich chocolate flavor. Its not a bad chocolate, was initially a little dissapointed, expected better with ON's great reviews on the flavors they offer, but it is decent and always look forward to driking it down.

Creatine monohydrate is GNC brand, 1000 grams for 19.99 so i bought it. Monohydrate is the most simple, and most researched of the different kinds of creatines. A lot of people respond well to it, some don't at all. I do pretty good with it as long as I take it regularly. I get kinda lazy and forget here and there. The flavor is berry punch, its ok, just drinkable, nothing special. I plan on trying a different type of creatine next, not sure what though, possibly something from Gaspari Nutrition.

Fish oil is GNC brand which is almost finished off and I've got Optimum Nutritions fish oils sitin in my shopping cart at bodybuilding.com, 200 soft gels for 11bucks. Great product, great price.

Multivitamin is GNC mega man sport. GNC is a rip off but they had a ridiculous sell so I bought. bodybuilding.com has hella multis for cheap, tons of good options.

As soon as I'm done it this thermogenic and I give my body some time to cycle off the stimulants, as I have a pretty high stim tolerance right now, im going to try a new pre workout. I went through 3-4 tubs of Jack3d by controlled labs. Great product, loved it but theres so many good ones out there I wanna try other pwo's. Pretty sure I'm going with Bodybuilding.com - LG Sciences Anadraulic State GT - Pre-Workout Formula! On sale now! Looks to be a solid product getting some great reviews and priced pretty well.
