early plant question

OK i just transplanted two plants into bigger pots. they both havent even flowered yet but one of the plants only has one big leaf and the rest are small leaves, it doesnt seem like its really growing anymore .....but the other one seems healthy its just not growing as quick anymore ..........any tips>?
both are in miracle gro potting soil and get water every two days
