Co2Boost bucket
Have any of you indoor growers used the co2Boost that is all organic? I saw an ad for it in Cannabis Culture. The Co2Boost comes in a bucket and has a pump. Affordable (?), easy to use and one bucket of Co2Boost is suppose to last 60 days. $125. Replacement bucket is $100. Anyone use this?

Thank you, Pharm Girl. I appreciate your response and posting a photo of the bucket so others can get a look at it. I am thinking about ordering one to try out. Hoping someone has used it and can tell me if it is worth the money first though. $125 is a gamble, do I go for it?

The first person I'd ask is my guy at the hydro store. He doesn't sell those but sure knows his way around the green. I'd be tempted to try the C02 knock-off, if we can call it that!

My closest hydro store is 180 miles away. So I don't have anyone to ask about the "bucket" except you guys and girls. Any positive input is appreciated. I live in a spread out town of 150 people so UPS and FedeX are here often with most of my hydro things. Again, thank you Pharmgirl.

wow Rubix, you sure do know your pot growing.
![]() The Bucket is great. If you ever wanted to experiment with CO2, but didn't want to put in that much money (CO2 controller and tanks), this is the shit for you. All it is is a cheap alternative. But if you don't have an enclosed grow space, results will be less effective. |

like many items in the commercial sector,
seems basically like a well put together design of something that is also easily constructed at home. perhaps the best course of action is finding out how these sorts of things function, determining what can be improved or applied in a more suitable manner for your needs. Maybe try attempting a DIYjob before paying the overhead for a bunch of marketing schmoes... just an option.

No, if you go to the site that Pharm Girl posted you will read that it is organic material. I am thinking "shit" and maybe some green like alfalfa that is composting in the bucket and giving off CO2 at a steady rate. And my grow room is inclosed if I shut the door and close the window. My girls are in their 3 week of flowering and I would like to "boost" them. I'll see what my funds are next week and then I think I will "take one for the team" and order one. I'll let ya all know what happens after I get it and hook it up. Also, a friend is going thur a divorce and he has the CO2 tank and regulator set up and might be wanting to sell them. So I am waiting a few more days for him to make up his mind too.
And did you talk to your hydro guy, Pharm Girl? |

There's a button called "Manage Attachments" push on it and a screen will pop up, letting you choose the photos you wish to upload.
Must keep attachments under 100 kb's to be succesful. Let us know if you still have difficulties uploading...........

okay, will try. You know I had to learn computers the hard way (self taught) didn't have any when I went to school. I really don't know where the Manage attachments button is so I'll "Go Advanced" here and see what happens. Sorry to seem unschooled in computers.
My file is too big. I'll talk to my husband and see if he can help me post my photos. Thanks, Pharm Girl. |

Way back in the day, we used a similar set up in a taller bucket, that had Sodium Bicarb in it and a slow drip bag of vinegar. We used to hang them from the ceiling by hooks, between the lights.
