Hydroponic Solution

I've recently have had to restart my garden from the ground up, since I moved to new location Got most of my new stuff set up in a nice closet. What I am trying to do now is basically make my own hydroponic solution using Miracle-Gro, Epsom Salt, and Calcium Chloride(Kent Marine stuff). I was hoping someone out there had some ideas on a formula. The reason Im doing this is because im flat broke and have too many other expenses to worry about, I even had to stop smoking. So please dont tell me just to buy a general hydroponic solution this is hopefully just for now. Anyways, my main concern is the calcium chloride the analysis says: Calcium(Min) 10% or 100,000 ppm. How much of this and Epsom salt should I add per gallon. I heard that I can use 1/4 of the amount of Miracle-Gro that the label says. The other is my medium, I'm using Perlite with a layer of gravel so nothing gets pass the plastic net. This stuff is new to me I used sand n gravel before. The problem is the PH buffer and the fact that the perlite seen a little dry. Is this normal for this medium in a bucked drip system. Please advice. Thank You.
