Is Super Cropping like "Sea of Green"? I've never heard the term before.

well from my understanding super cropping is the intentional bending of lower branches on the plant so the branch will grow outwards before growing upwards allowing more light to reach parts of the plant that would usualy be shaded out by leaves near the top of the plant and thus allowing for buds to grow larger and your plant to produce higher yields :X if im wrong about anything please correct me and if you have any advice id appreciate that too XD

what you've described is just training, or LST.
supercropping is where you damage the stem on a cellular level by pinching/crushing with your fingers, or running a needle into the stem in an effort increase transfer of nutrients after the healing and stress are complete.
at least, i think that's right.
