Compact floros leading to skin conditions?

Anyone heard this recently? I was told this by a guy who heard from another guy...
And if so why would they sell them to people under the heading "good for seasonal disorder whatever it's called.

You mean that using them in the house for lighting may cause some sort of depression? I wonder if that has to do with the spectrum of the bulb...

Fluros lead to depression?

One thing I do know fer sure is that certain spectrums do give migrains........

Nope........artifica l lighting is being reccomended by docs.....been there, done that!

I heard that CFLs lead to skin problems not depression LOL Actually the opposite. Cmon, I'm the one that's stoned

LOL HIDs would be wild, wouldn't need too many of then.
I see boxes of them sitting around at some jobs I am on, most are the 1400? MH.. bigger than a 1000 anyways.
But man, the heat that would generate!
