i don't see why! buy the wierd part is i have yet to see any negatives like the company the produces it "Agrihouse" says the more they used in nasa expirements the better the plants got. what!!??? there has to be a point where u can use to much of this shit

you're right it is made from shrimp shells but it is not shrimp shells. its a deacetylation of chitin, a component of aforementioned shells
