Apparently I tried to join this site back in October of last year, eh, I have vauge memory of doing that.

Anyway here is it almost August and I got an email telling me that I was selected to join the community, based on positive things we heard about you.

How's that? Does this site do background checks based on our email accounts?

I do get paranoid sometimes. Really paranoid.

And yes, I do indulge from time to time.

No one does any background checks. It was just a Welcome Letter so to speak.

Our Welcome Emails weren't bein sent out due to some sort of...issue. However, that issue was recently fixed, so all Welcome Letters finally emailed out. Which is why, you just that email.

Here's the email, well most of it, I left out the activation instructions.

This email compounded with the fact that I tried to join this place months ago, almost a year ago really.

It's kinda freaky.

Again, I'd like to stress...no background checks. Whoever wrote these up (yes, they're mass emails, everyone gets the same one) is being humorous...since we only send these out when an individual signs up...and no one checks your background.
