i tend to agree with you lloydy. ive seen him 2 times live and both times he put down really good sets, but i dont think hes the greatest dj/ producer to walk the planet, like many make him out to be.

I never told anybody this but a thousand years ago I used to look up at the moon and dream about being an astronaut. I just never had the grades. Or the physical endurance. Plus I threw up a lot and nobody liked spending a week with me.
all about personal preference my man. he happens to be my absolute favorite dj/producer right now so to me he's not overrated at all. i do know where you're coming from though. i've heard that from a lot of people who go to his shows and he doesn't impress them.
i wll say, however, that he is a MUCH better producer/composer than he is a dj, so that might contribute to his being overrated a bit.
No matter how many times I see it, no matter how many years pass, this still blows me away.
If you haven't seen it, and it doesnt seem like your thing, just wait it out. His progression is odd and amazing and brilliant and totally unexpected.

hes more of a producer than a dj anyway, when he plays live he uses a laptop and ableton doesnt he?
he is talented but for me hes the new eddie halliwell, he has an army of fans who think hes god
