Ron Paul wins Latest Zogby Poll

The more I hear people saying that Ron Paul 'has no chance,' the more convinced I become that he actually can. People are getting afraid that he's picking up steam.

Ron Paul wins Latest Zogby Poll

Nov 19th, 2007

Ron Paul has won the latest nationwide Zogby Poll. Ron Paul took the top spot with a commanding 32.8%. Respondents were provided with descriptions of four different candidates and asked to choose who they would vote for based on each one’s attributes and political platform. 1009 people took part in the poll taken from two different categories of age groups consisting of 4 and 5 different age ranges. This methodology provides an overall view representative of all voters in America and based on a non-bias, three-question set and the typical scientific polling methodology of sampling, interviewing, weighting and sampling error, or margin of error.

The only poll?

For starters, check out his straw poll results.

He OWNS every other candidate out there in the straw polls. No contest.

If the RP campaign continues with this momentum and seriousness and all these people actually make it to becoming delegates or simply getting out to vote the numbers will be very surprising compared to what the polls are showing.

The campaign really just needs to get delegates in every district to make this seriously work. Put in everything you can to make for a better future.

It doesn't surprise me at all that he would win a poll where they ask questions about policy and avoid the names. Its just too bad the establishment will smear mud all over his name long before he ever wins.

And the sad truth is that in todays America (and other countries) there are so many people who make their choices based on image and name repetition. If people could actually see the true policy of most of the leading candidates I don't think they would vote for them because its not in their interests to.

Do I see a potential replacement for the electoral college and the 2-party system?!

Majority vote, ballots are "Which viewpoint do you agree with most?" for like 50 pages.

Its sad the way elections these days are so much about who can afford the best tv ads. People who don't have much understanding don't want the truth, they like to hear great zingers that play the most off their emotions.
